The dream of getting commissioned in defence services can be pursued in many ways i.e after 10+2, graduation, post graduation and inter services selection. the serving personnel can also get commissioned.
Irrespective of the mode of entry, the procedure of SSB remains the same for all the aspirants. Once someone clears the SSB, the next step is medical examination. There are different number of attempts for each entry and the age limit.
Candidates are judged on various parameters from ground tasks, psychology and interview. The main focus lies on psychology. all through the process the candidates are judged upon the the fact whether they possess the qualities to be an officer in military or not.
The complete procedure is spread over a period of 5 days, consisting of the following testing:
Day 1 is the screening test,
Day 2 is the Psychologist Tests,
Day 3 & 4 is the group tasks
Day 5 is the Conference (Results)
